The second time was a few days ago; it seemed that the download started all over again despite these 4GB having supposedly already been downloaded.
This second time, the download was almost complete when the wifi connection got interrupted and I was minus 8GB in storage space on top of the previous 4. But when I try to restart the download for a third time after deleting a couple of other files to free up some space , it starts from scratch and does not resume from where it was left. I would try a different approach and download from here: support. You can always boot into "Recovery", which should let you browse all directories.
